September 2014: The Blackhawks Club sent 4 competitive teams down to Austin, TX this Labor Day weekend. They all worked hard on the field and played hard off the field! We were excited they were able to bond as teammates and show what they are made of on the field. We'd like to congratulate Coach Luis and his Blackhawks 02B-Black team for making it to the Championship game in the Austin Labor Day Cup. After finishing the Championship game in a tie at the end of regulation, they proceeded to a penalty shoot out. After the 1st 5 shooters, the teams remained tied and proceeded to sudden death; in the end our boys came up just short and finished 2nd. That being said it was great drama and the boys competed very well this weekend and made us all very proud of them! Please join us in congratulating them and their families on their success this past weekend. Go Blackhawks!!!!!!
